SAMSUNG UNITED STATES UNLOCK BY CODES service instructions:

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ THIS:

1. This is unlocking Samsung phones by a code - supported only phones locked in carriers from the United States. Other countries not supported.
2. Not supported: Sprint / Verizon / 99000#### IMEIs - do not submit such IMEIS.
3. Not supported: T-Mobile and Metro phones locked by APP.
4. You will get 2 codes (NCK & PCK - different lock levels). In 99,9% cases, you just need NCK code to unlock your phone. Enter only digits.
5. Please enter your IMEI carefully - the codes will be generated only for the IMEI that you passed to us.
6. This service is not instant. You need to wait 1-5 days to get a code (usually it takes about 2 days).
7. Read instructions below how to enter codes - DO NOT order if you can't pass those steps below. We don't refund the payment if the phone is not asking for a code or the phone is already unlocked.
8. We can't cancel the order once is in the process so please do not submit if you can't wait (few hours, up to 1-5 working days for this service).

DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO ENTER CODE IN SAMSUNG PHONES:

1. Switch ON your SAMSUNG with a not Accepted SIM Card,
2. Phone will ask for "Password" or "Unlock Code",
3. You can now enter the Unlock Code (NETWORK) that we send to you.

Sometimes it is also required to reset blocked counter (someone entered wrong code too many times):

1. Switch ON your SAMSUNG with a not Accepted SIM Card,
2. Phone will ask for an unlock code,
3. Enter DEFREEZE code and confirm, you will get a failure message,
4. Enter NETWORK code and confirm.

And if the phone does not ask for a code after you switch it on with a non accepted sim card:

1. Switch ON your SAMSUNG with a not Accepted SIM Card,
2. Compose: "#7465625*638*CODE#", instead of word CODE is NETWORK code digits

OR (if phone show "Insert Correct SIM Card")

1. Switch ON your SAMSUNG with a not Accepted SIM Card,
2. Compose: #0111*CODE#, instead, word CODE is NETWORK code digits.

If there is no field to enter code but only a message for example: "SOS:

1. Compose DEFREEZE code on the screen (in some cases the text will not appear on the screen),
2. After you enter DEFREEZE  code (sometimes you have to click ok to confirm it) you will see a field to enter the NETWORK code.
